I've drawn my own version of Okita Souji, a bit different from what we see in Hakuouki/PMK/RK for a change.

I really like the personality of Hakuouki Okita and Rurouni Kenshin's (considering he probably has a personality similar to Soujirou Seta's), while I think Okita was a kind person I don't think he was so... huh... childish like PMK seems to portrait him... I guess he was playful and popular with kids, but not like THAT D:... Not to mention how fans seem to portrait the relationship of Hijikata and Okita in Peacemaker.

Dunno why, but I like the image of naughty Okita XD.

Still I'm a bit unsure about Hakuouki's design, I'm so used to Okita being smaller and with longer hair, lol, specially considering his age and historical descriptions.

For those who don't know, Okita Souji was a real person and there are many characters based on him. For more info search for Okita Souji on Wikipedia.

PS: Have you read Kaze Hikaru? There's another Okita and he's just lovely. Childish, kind, idiot (?) xD

Mangafox erased it, but Tenmanga uploaded again ♥ (just go to tenmanga and search for it YAYs). Anyway, I think there's no scanlation uploading anymore

Okita was a man (even though he doesn't look like one in most interpretations... even historical descriptions of him say he looked like a woman)
