(May I just say I'm glad my headache is over, I got a very high fever some days ago and headaches due to sinusitis)
Well, first of all, I've been in DA for so long that I had to check my main page to know how long I've been here and omfg, 10 years already?!
Anyway, I remember I've joined DA because back then I was only 14 and I wanted to meet other people that liked to draw, and I was amazed with so many talents in this site. I remember one of the first artist that I seriously loved their work was hakubaikou :
Unfortunately, she died some years ago in a car crash accident. We both liked Rurouni Kenshin very much and she encouraged me to keep drawing and posting my work online. I got really sad when their family posted a final journal in her page explaining to all her fans and friends that she had passed away. May she rest in peace.
DA is full of drama and stuff, I got myself in some drama (who hasn't?) but I also met so many wonderful people, some even became my irl friends, like AllGeekComics, I really like his black and white works:

DeviantART was also the place that had shown me that cosplay can be much more than just go to an anime convention wearing some costume (btw, my favorite cosplayer was the first one I've ever found in DeviantARt, behindinfinity).I wish I could be pretty and awesome like them, but I'm just happy to cosplay my favorite characters
Here are some awesome cosplay photos I've favorited so far:
(I would post more but I'm lazy. lol)
All I can say is that I don't regret spending so much of my life time in DeviantART, for I've met many people and learned so much from them and their work... in particular, I think if I hadn't seen so many awesome watercolor and Copic marker works here I may have never tried to master those two techniques, so I guess I'll end this journal featuring some of my favorite Copic and watercolor works:

It has come to my attention that several stores in Ebay and Aliexpress were/are selling my Scrooge McDuck watercolor fanart as unauthorized prints. I've tried to report them but so far I had little luck. Some eventually got taken down because either the owner themselves decided to close the store or they got rep

For those who follow me on DeviantART for quite a while, I am sad to inform this, but I am quitting my position of moderating Anime-Can-Be-ART-To (https://www.deviantart.com/anime-can-be-art-to). While I love the group and would want to continue help spreading the word about how anime can be art as well, I decided to go back to school to study anatomy and Japanese and I also got two jobs now, one as a part-time architect and one as a freelance illustrator, because I lost my previous job and I'm struggling to find my way, professionally speaking.
I'm resigning mostly because I feel like all this chan

I once again had issues with USPS, according to my tracking number my FFXIV artbook mysteriously got delivered to the same address of origin and USPS itself doesn't seem to want to provide any more info to me besides what the tracking already told me, so I have contacted Square Enix PepitaStore support to know what happened. Since I live in Brazil the book was very expensive, so I hope I get it in the end (45 dollars on book + 45 dollar on delivery)
UPDATE! (02/04/2015) - Opened a dispute on Paypal, I still don't have my book after over 45 days and appare
